Nanoscope’s Multi-Luminance Shape Discrimination Test (MLSDT) is based on a vision quantification system designed with the intent to evaluate functional vision. The MLSDT device features a set of nine different shapes, each available at six different sizes, and a laptop with the MLSDT software. The MLSDT device is based on a vision quantification system designed specifically to evaluate functional vision in real-world conditions, using 3D objects that are illuminated under ambient-like lighting, the system can be used to accurately assess a user’s visual capabilities like resolution or light sensitivity.
